Stratford University to Host Culinary Competition

Stratford University will host the Nation’s Capital Chef’s Association culinary competition November 7-8, 2009. The event, which is put on by the American Culinary Federation (ACF), will start at 7:00 a.m. on both days, and will be held at the Woodbridge campus. In conjunction with Stratford’s High School Senior Open House Event on this day, students interested in the culinary field are invited to observe the competition and to tour the Woodbridge campus.
